At NIA Hair, we are committed to providing a secure and seamless delivery experience.
All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure your purchase is received safely. Once a package has been signed for, NIA Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please carefully inspect your package before accepting delivery. If your package appears damaged, opened, deflated, or incomplete, we strongly recommend refusing the delivery and notifying the carrier immediately.
We ship using trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Orders may arrive in flat-rate envelopes, protective paks, or secured boxes depending on the contents of your purchase.
Address Verification
For security purposes, orders are shipped only to verified and confirmed addresses. If your billing and shipping information do not match, your order may be delayed or declined.
Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in NIA Hair’s shipping fees.
Local Delivery (Ghana)
We offer fast and reliable delivery across Accra.
Orders for hair currently in stock are processed and prepared for delivery immediately once payment has been confirmed. Made-to-order items may require 5–10 business days for preparation before delivery.
Once your order is ready, it will be delivered through a trusted local courier service. Delivery fees are determined by the assigned rider.

Important Notice
NIA Hair is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. Signature confirmation is required to protect your purchase.
If a package is returned to us due to delivery issues, we will contact you once it is received to arrange reshipment. Please note that reshipping fees may apply. No refunds will be issued for returned packages.
