Refund policy


Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and quality, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Each order requires a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

Exchanges (With Management Approval)

In select cases, exchanges may be approved by management under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within three (3) business days of delivery

  • Hair must remain unused, unaltered, and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • A $20 restocking fee applies to all exchanges

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

Approved exchanges are issued at the original purchase value.


Important Notice

NIA Hair is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. Signature confirmation is required to protect your purchase.

If a package is returned to us due to delivery issues, we will contact you once it is received to arrange reshipment. Please note that reshipping fees may apply. No refunds will be issued for returned packages.
