U.S shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. International shipping typically takes 6-10 business days

After your order has shipped, a tracking email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to update.

If you do not see the email in your inbox, kindly check your spam or promotions folder.

Should you not receive your tracking details within three (3) business days of placing your order, please contact our customer care team for assistance.

To ensure timely processing and delivery, all orders are prepared daily. Once payment has been completed, orders cannot be modified.

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and quality, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Each order requires a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

Exchanges (With Management Approval)

In select cases, exchanges may be approved by management under the following conditions:

You must contact us within three (3) business days of delivery
Hair must remain unused, unaltered, and in original condition
Original packaging must be intact
A $20 restocking fee applies to all exchanges
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

Approved exchanges are issued at the original purchase value.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

The ideal number of bundles depends on your texture choice, preferred volume, and how you plan to install your hair.

For lengths between 12” and 20”, most clients achieve a full look with at least two bundles.
For longer lengths from 22” to 30”, three or more bundles are recommended for balanced density.

If you are pairing your install with a closure, using three bundles will help create a smooth, polished finish.

To preserve the beauty and lifespan of your NIA Hair pieces, proper care is essential. We recommend treating your hair with intention and consistency to maintain its softness, shine, and performance.

Before washing, gently remove any tangles using a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush. Cleanse with a nourishing, sulfate-free shampoo and follow with a hydrating conditioner. When possible, allow your hair to air dry to protect its natural integrity. Limit excessive heat styling to help maintain long-term quality.
